Litigation risk analysis

Understanding risk and uncertainty is critical to assessing the prospects of a litigation.

With Litigaze it's easy to create clear and insightful analyses to better identify, communicate and evaluate all sorts of litigation risks and uncertainties.

A Litigaze analysis lets you visually map out all the uncertainties and risks for a case, so that everyone involved in the decision making process can quickly see what's important.

Creating Litigaze analyses helps lawyers and their clients identify smart litigation decisions clearly, quickly and confidently.

Getting started

From your Litigaze home page, you can click the "+ New analysis" button to create a new analysis.

There are two options for creating an analysis:

  1. Create from scratch
  2. Use a template

Creating analyses from scratch

To create an analysis from scratch:

  1. Enter a name for your analysis
  2. Select the type of situation you want to evaluate

Now you're ready to start building in the analysis editor.

Using analysis templates

You can also create analyses from a variety of built-in templates that cover a range of example cases. 

Once you've found the template you want, click "use this template" to start customizing it to suit your specific circumstances in the analysis editor.
